Comments:
Did the 20 min warm up on New Milford roads. Started the workout on New Milford High School track with 15 secs hard 10 sec walk. Each set consisted of 4 sprints to reach 1:30. The first 2 sets felt good. My legs really started to feel heavy on the last three sets. Overall, a good workout.
