Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First, hiked about 3 miles with my mom, sister, and dog this morning. That was a fun, slow, enjoyable little walk to Cunningham Falls.
Later in the day, after finishing the second Hunger Games book, I decided to get off my butt before it got dark. Workout was:
1 Mile Run
50x Hand-to-Hand Swings @ 24kg
40x Double Unders
30x Goblet Squat @ 24kg
20x Snatch (L/R) @ 24kg
10x Burpees
1 Mile Run
10x Burpees
20x Snatch
30x Goblet Squat
40x Double Unders
50x Hand-to-Hand Swings
1 Mile Run
Surprisingly the second set of exercises was much easier than the first, though I can't say the same about the miles!!
