Comments:
Not feeling the best but felt that since I squeaked 1 out yesterday as emotionally beat down as I was, that running with cramps was doable. I quickly decided I can tolerate physical pain much easier than emotional pain. I think that is why I love marathons. The physical pain makes me more capable of handling the emotional fatigue that ensues.
