I was excited for a workout. I wanted to do my best but that 600 was killer and I left a little in the tank. The first 200 i decided to go all out. I thought there was no way I could do another 300 but somehow my legs did it. I was 8 seconds slower the second time. And the 200's I tried my best. My shins and calves felt slightly weird afterwards.
