Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was really proud that I stayed with the group even though they cooked the pace on the way home. But I shouldn't have run or at least I should have done the shorter loop. I felt an ache on my inner shin and It only felt worse the next morning. I wore my short tights which didn't keep my shins warm which may have contributed to my problems.
