Not a great day but not terrible either. Warmed up very early, but eventually the mile came. Went out as planned but I just didn't do as we'll as I had hoped. A lot of 33s. Ankle still hurt a little so I think that affected the race a bit. Then I went out fast in the 800 and died a bit on the third lap. Not smooth at all. I need to do push-ups
