Curse You Wind!

Nothing saps your energy more than a strong headwind on the backside of an 800. Ugh...

PT this morning was a bunch of push-ups, squats, burpees, and some other stuff. Had fun. Came home and slept for an hour and a half then jogged to Brookville and did a track workout, then jogged back.
Workout was:
200m(:37) - 400m(1:19) - 600m(2:05) - 800m(2:53) - 100m(3:52 [death!]) - 800m(3:00) - 600m(2:12) - 400m(1:24) - 200m(:40)

Rest started with :45 and added :45 seconds after each interval, so: :45;1:30;2:15:3:00;2:15;1:30;:45

Fun workout but man, trying to run into a headwind on the 800s and 1000 just killed.
