Did a scaled and slow version of the Crossfit Workout "DT". RX'd was way to heavy and I just didn't have the drive to do it fast so I stumbled along through it:
5 Rounds:
12x Deadlift @ 135#
9x Hang Power Cleans @ 135#
6x Jerk @ 135#

Then I played around with some suitcase KB deadlifts, windshield wipers, and farmer/overhead holds with the bell to work my grip and my core.
