Overall had a pretty good workout considering yesterday was tough and it was 20 degrees out with some wind. I worked out with Caleb, Sam, and Jeremie. It was tough, we did the 8x400m with 30 seconds rest and then 1 minute after #4 so its a lactic acid build up workout but averaging 65s was pretty good for today.
