Today I started off with one of Shisler's classic core workouts. It would have been better to do this after my swim but I knew I wouldn't want to get dressed in gym clothes again after my swim. I swam hard for probably 10 minutes when the lifeguard told me that my mother had called to tell me I was late for a doctor's appointment. The swim was really hard but not surprisingly hard seeing as I haven't swam in almost two months. Perhaps it was good that I had to cut the swim short. I can recuperate tonight and take it harder tomorrow.
