grand valley treadmilll run

Comments:
Treadmill run at gvsu. mile 6th and 7th were hill workouts. Ran at a steep grade for .25 then .25 easy. did this twice on each mile for a total of 4 hills then the last mile was recovery. Felt good but am feeling tired legs.
