Comments:
ran alone today, and i wanna shoot my shins. the most painful fucken run of my life, period. i thought stretching it out after the first mile would help but if i went any further, i feel like my shins woulda fallen off.. nothing good about this run.
splits: 11:05 (started watch at school), 10:05, (stopped watch after this.)
extra: lunge, plank with lifts, and myrtle.
