Speed Workout in the Gym

There's a chance that the weekly trip to Bates will be canceled tomorrow, so we did a workout today to be safe. It was 8x2 laps around the gym, which comes out to around 210m, with ~2 minutes rest in between. My warmup was extremely fast since I sort of lost common sense when I started after everyone and ran a hard pace to catch up, which in turn made the workout pretty grueling. I still did well, but if we go to bates tomorrow I don't think I'll be up for another hard workout.
