Weather: hot, 60s. humid as fuck.
Comments:
workout today. didn't finish it because my shins were a fucken bitch. breathing was heavy but not horrific, but every step i took, i felt like my shins were gonna break... screw you, shins.
goal: 8:22, splits: 8:19, 8:27.
extra: no 100 up cause of calves/shins, calf raises (did more to strengthen calves), runner's stretch for calves, foot flexing, and back.
