Bike interval and swim

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
I biked for 30 minutes doing interval training. I would do intervals one minutes on one minute off. For the intervals i was around 168 bpm which is near my maximum. and i would go down to about 153 bpm in my easy minute. I'm trying to keep my swimming mileage up so i did a quick mile afterwards.
