i'm going to swim for right now instead of doubling on running. it'll help me aerobically but not tax my legs as much. at least that's my guess...we'll see how it plays out. i learned one thing from this though. i have NO shoulder strength. my shoulders were killing me at the end of this. i'll do 3 days this week and try to do 4-5 days a week from here on out.
