Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After the warmup I told Shisler my shin still wasn't feeling so great. Afterwards I went to the Y to do some cardio on the elliptical (30 Minutes). I did a modified core workout afterwards where I substituted bosu ball pushups to better train the supporting muscles in my shoulders. I did my squats on the bosu as well. And used a medicine ball for my russian twists. It was very effective and felt it in my core for 3 days afterwards.
