Comments:
Workout was 8x2 with a target time between 30 and 32, equal rests. Apart from one slow lap where I didn't know what I was doing, my pacing was good, although a bit slower than what I personally would have liked to run. I was mostly alone but I ran a couple with Lucas Bourget of EL because we were running the same intervals at one point. We talked a bit and he seemed like a nice guy.
