Today was a little hotter than I anticipated. Felt alright except for my shins which were still sore from yesterday's run. Half way done with my mileage. I had to take take a deuce since the Shedd, so I only went five rather than six. Planks were hard, last one really hurt but otherwise, my shins are just really sore.
