Threshold Workout

My calves were hurting a little during the threshold workout on the path, and it was kind of difficult to keep up with the time, but I tried my best. I ran with Grace today. My left hip started to hurt pretty badly after the run. The threshold time is approximate since I accidentally deleted my times after telling them to Coach W.
