Weather: snowy, rainy, sleet, cold, icy.
Comments:
200 workout today. honestly, it wasn't that bad until i slipped and rolled my ankle after like the 6th one. it hurt, yeah ): my poor ankle. gonna ice it tonight. then the snow came and yeah, sprinting on snow isn't fun. i was fast by 1-2 seconds on each of them because i didn't know where the 100 m mark was and after the snow came, i felt like i was going slow so i sped up. anyway, pretty tough workout but i survived.
workout: 10x200 at 50s. mostly hit 48-49.
