Pretty good workout. Not too hard, just I had some shin pains this week and I really felt it today half way through the workout. Went for a mile and a quarter warm up and a mile and a quarter cool down. Have a little mileage left so twenty mins tomorrow. Warm up and cool down with Tobias.
