Ran 9 on the mill. 2 warm up 6 quarters and one cool down. the 24 quarters were paced at every other with fast/slow. 6.3 slow=9:31 and 8.4 fast=7:08 Felt great after the first 3 fast ones : ) btw...Dave, it would probably be good if, when you read these, you could put some comments in if or when you see fit.
