Comments:
Pretty bad run. Had to go deuce at mile two and held it for four miles. Broke in my new shoes since my old ones got pretty banged up in that flurry workout a week back. So I got a blister and it just put salt in the wound with my shin pains. I iced them twice since I got home and trying to stay of them until the workout tomorrow. Ran with Kruto and Zhou for the first five and sped up to finish laps at Hilton park and was dying to get the the hilton restroom.
