Pretty quick workout today. Flying 50s I really don't care for since my shins hurt between the rest periods. Flying 30s were quick. First two were hard, I kept getting boxed out so if I sprinted 99-100% I didn't really have a lane to move. Now for the 150m's, I stayed back a group so I could have some room on both sides. Did well, was able to go as fast as I could but it felt comfortable. After four of them, Merten, Rivas, and I all went for a ten minute cooldown. We stayed on the grass the whole time and it felt slightly better,
Rolled out my shin with the styrofoam roller and the actual roller when I got back to the Fitness Center.
