Made it up as a I went along. Took splits every half mile for the start and deliberately accelerated by about 30 sec/mile every four laps. Cleared watch accidentally, but pace went from low 7:00s to well under 6:00 over the course of two miles. Jogged a 400 and ran a 75 second 400, then jogged another and ran a 74 then jogged a couple more to get to 3 miles. Felt good to break a sweat and taste the nasty indoor track air.
