Easy workout today. Only 3x 2 minutes to our VO2 distance with 2 min rest. Coach increased mine today to Paul and Zachs distance. Felt great. After this week I'm going to supplement my weekly mileage by about 20 miles with morning runs before class. Feel like it would help with my endurance.
