I was a true sprinter for a day. We played some basketball, did a short warmup, did drills, ran a workout (a mixture of 1- and 2-lap intervals with alternating 5-minute and 1-minute rests, all at nearly full effort), did mobility stuff with hurdles (a first for me; I was bad), and a long but absurdly slow cooldown.
