6 minute test

Comments:
Coach surprised us with a 6 minute test. I've never done it, because I was hurt the last time we did it. So basically its run as far as you can for six minutes. Because I'm still not fully back into shape, I tried to stay in the back right behind Zach. Nick fell off right around 800 meters. The pack started opening right before the 1600. I went through the mile in 4:45, and ended my six minutes right before 2000 meters. Eddie went 2100, Kevin 2050, Zach 2015, Paul 2005, Me 1995, Seth 1990, and Nick 1800. Pretty interesting test
