Feeling good

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We did sprinters warm up today, aka 800s at snail jog and then stride,then 4x50 accelerations. After we headed out on a run. We all stayed in a pack, Nick dropped out after not even two miles. The rest of us continued. Right around mile 5, I really began to pick up the pace, we weren't going that fast. Eddie followed with, we created a fairly large gap. Eddie started to pull away from me at around mile 6, and at around mile 7, Paul decided to pick up the pace a lot, to catch up to me. Paul and I ran about a mile together, but he decided to crank the last half mile. Eddie was probably a minute ahead by the end, and Paul about 30 seconds. As for Seth, Kevin, and Zach, they were about a minute to a minute to two minutes behind me. Pretty honest pace. We havent gone more than 30 minutes in over a month
