Finally did a real workout today, weather was perfect for it. 1.75 mile warmup, then 5k tempo on the track to make sure I kept on pace. Pace was faster then I expected it to be, but it felt really good the whole time and didn't have to push hard during it: 6:47, 13:30, 20:09...1/2 mile jog, then 6x200 with 200 in between each: 43,45,43,44,43,43. Legs were tired by the last 200s. 1.5 cooldown.
