Comments:
It was a rough day today. We were so sore for some reason. Coach was out of town, he is with Randy at US indoor Nationals, so he sent us workouts. Only Paul Eddie, Zach and I practiced today. Saw kevs ankle today, 10x the normal size and purple.....looks nasty as fuck. So coach told us to do a mile of sprint-walk....real easy we thought...until we realized how stiff we were. We were going real slow. Legs would not move. After that was done, we headed for an easy 3 loop around the campus fence. Came back just chilled with the guys for like an hour, and then I got a massage from Nam Nam (HONAMI!!) I am ready to go home....can't wait to leave!!!
