Weather: Sunny 60's beautiful!
Comments:
After yesterday's run i thought this would be dreadful. It was! I had no running legs what so ever. I went home,ate,slept 25 minutes. I need to recharge. I miss my running legs. Since i started speed sessions i have noticed this starting to happen. Wish i wasn't SO whimpy and weak. My brain wants to go and my legs say no. My breathing is fine though.
