Comments:
Standing long jump 6 and a half feet cause Ig ot mad hops like that. I ran the 800 in 2:14 it wasn't all out because i'm racing sunday. Also we had been standing around for like 30 minutes beforehand and we weren't in spikes. I think I could break 2:10 right now. Then ran the 100 in 12 high. Just for the record I mapped it out and I got 800 meters.
