Weather was horrible and roads hadnt been paved yet, so the first 1.5 mile was definitley slow but then got onto SUCOs campus and did a couple big loops there since the roads were paved and I was able to run a normal pace.  Was going to split the run into 2, but then since it was so bad out decided to just get it done in one time.
Did Zumba later which was fun but too much for the legs for this past week, legs are throbbing
