Workout in the Pouring Rain

Comments:
Really dreaded getting outside since it was down pouring. 2.25 warmup with 4 strides. Then 2k, mile, 1200, 800, 400 with 1:30 rest in between each: 7:58 (6:21 through the mile), 6:23, 4:46, 3:05, 88. Everything was soaked so I felt 10 pounds heavier, 1.5 mile cooldown since I couldn't be outside any longer.
