Comments:
The weather was pretty nice while I ran this one. After the run I went to the fields by the track to do some strides (2 on the flat fields for my stride, 2 up the dirt hill for my knee drive, and 2 down the dirt hill for my turnover). Jogged 2:17 back to the school after. Good day overall, I was feeling tired all over during the school day but the run itself felt fine. Also I did some light core after.

While I was doing my strides I noticed the track is clear, so I think sometime this week or next I'll start some low-intensity aerobic workouts, like maybe 4x800 at 2:40-45 with equal rests. Maybe throw in a 600 or two for a bit of speed.
