Weather: chilly, a bit windy. mid 20s.

Comments:
aloneeee. again :( decent run today, :) tired as hellll .. lack of sleep. my legs felt just dead on the first two miles. yeah, my legs just felt like shit but got sooo much better on the backend. on the 3 miles back, i started working my knees and just picking them up. i also used the hills to pick up my knees. felt pretty good. breathing was okay but run was good! :)

splits: 9:27 (messed up cause i forgot to start my watch..), 10:06, 9:41, 9:30, 9:30, 9:46.

extra: leg circuit 2 (X2), back, major calf stretching, heel/toe walks.
