Weather: cold rainy. low 40s.
Comments:
threshold todayyyy. ran alone for all of it. i had to get in and out today so i was really rushed :( had a quick warmup and cooldown and my paces were right on for the threshold. i felt pretty tired but my legs actually felt good for once! i wore shorts today and my legs just felt free :) breathing was kind of heavy throughout but i tried to control it the best i can. still working on picking up those knees when i'm tired and today was a good day to do that since it was a treshold. good workout overall.
