Weird Workout

Comments:
Did a little bit of a warmup outside then was going to get on the tredmill, but Hartwick gym was filled by a gym class. Then I jogged to SUCO and got on their indoor track. Did my first set of 2x1 mile with 2 minute rest in between...first mile was slower, but then second mile was a lot better: 6:25, 6:15. Then SUCOs track team came in so ran down and got on the tredmill and did 2 consecutive miles on there, 6:22 pace for the first mile and then for the 2nd mile kept bringing the pace down ending at 6:10 so it was probably about 6:17
