Comments:
Starting at base of gravel hill beside Snowflex slope. Hill is ~160m
5 Rounds:
20x KB Swing @ 24kg, then immediately
Run up hill
Walk down hill for recovery
1st Round was a good sprint
2nd round was rough
3rd round I hated myself
4th Round was a jog
Legs were shaking before I even started 5th round.
