Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Since I stayed an extra night in SC, figured I would chill with my buddy at the gym this morning :)
Ran over there (tried to push the pace a little), got on this epic treadmill and walked 10 minutes at 3.1 mph going from 20-30% incline (+1 per minute)
Then did snatches, max bench, and played with the battle ropes and fooled around on the heavy bag. Not a real serious workout but oh well.
Ran back the short way easy and did a little loop on the trail.
