Ran 2 miles up around UCM campus. Strides and drills. Then did 5 sets of 2x400 w/. :30 rest within sets and 2:30 between sets. Ran with Tyler on team after he got out of class. Ran:
:67/:69, 70/:72, 72/:73, :73/:74, :74/:73
3 miles down.

This one hurt bad! Was pretty much in oxygen debt after first 2-3 and hen just survived. Great workout but I have no speed endurance at all!
