Comments:
This was run with a smaller group, which was quite nice. With less people we were able to hold down a pretty chill pace that felt great all the way through. We ran to the track afterward and did a barefoot lap on the turf, and I finished the day with some planks, pushups, and core. I really missed outdoor, I love how after a run we can just lie on some high jump mats and talk for awhile while enjoying the mild weather. Feels good.
