Comments:
2 sets of 6x200 on 200 off. 1st set was 34/60, second set was 32/60. 800 jog between sets, then another 800 jog and 2x200 in 28 with a 1min. standing break. solid workout. not too hard. i like the jog rest...it keeps the intervals from feeling like too much of a shock each time. 3 up and 3 down. good day. longish tomorrow and a workout on monday. tough 3 days!
