Comments:
2 mile warmup with strides. 2x1200 which felt good and were on pace, 4 minute rest in between: 4:44, 4:44. Then 5 minute rest. Then 2x1000s which I couldn't hit the right pace for (3.5 minute inbetween): 3:01, 3:00 through the 800s. Need to work on better speed. 5 minute jog. Then 1.25 mile of in-out strides (striding 100, jogging turns). 1.25 cool down
