Comments:
Did a 2 mile warmup, regular plyos, and then did a total of 15 200's @ race pace which was between 30-31. Did 5x200 with 45 second break in between each. Did 3 sets of that. 3 minutes in between sets. Last 200 was in 27 seconds. Averaged 31 overall.
