Weather: Windy but Warm
Comments:
1 and a half mile warmup. No plyos, did hip stretches. Easy 30 minutes. Ran to Goist's house and back. Then did 3x150 meters. First was easy, second medium, and last one hard. Didn't wear spikes for them because my calves were sore from the workout the day before. Ward Invitational tomorrow.
