Comments:
bulk of today's workout was 2 sets of 4 600s at R pace with 90 sec rest. I did every other over hurdles and the water pit. (whole workout in spikes). finished with 3 200s at F pace.
times were 1:45 for the flat ones and 1:48-1:49 for hurdles. 200s at 29.
Stomach cramped up very hard after wards and i could not really jog back. Im not sure if it was the heat or something I ate but I need to be careful about what im eating now.
