Weather: 75 and nice!

Comments:
Ran 9:00 warmup at Pertle Springs. Then ran 4 X 2k with 2:30 rest with Sam on the team. Ran around 7:12, 7:15, 7:30, and then 7:08 by myself. Felt better than I thought I would on the grass and hills and a little breeze. Went through the miles in about 5:45, 6:00 on #3, and 5:36 on #4.
